GROW is a business strategy show (businesses attend a 12-hour training/taping of the show which in post-editing is subsequently cut down to 4-6 one-hour episodes). We take owners and C-Level Executives who want to take their business to the next level and give them the skills, strategies and steps to:

  • build a bigger and stronger brand;
  • generate more leads;
  • close more sales with bigger average tickets; and,
  • get more repeat and more referral traffic…

The business participants are personally trained during the show by the nation’s leading business growth strategist, Edward A. Earle. Through the learning and implementation of Mr. Earle’s intellectual property and proprietary “Impulse Improvement” principles, business participants/guests will be able to achieve significantly greater success in business – in all areas and in every department.

After the show, business participants can engage Mr. Earle and his team to monitor the implementation of the strategies developed during the show for their business, ensuring the ongoing success of the newly created programs.

Show Elements:

The show revolves around the combination of three elements working together to change the outcome of the business for the better.

Element One: The Host – Edward A. Earle (ED). Mr. Earle is a nationally recognized author, speaker, consultant, life coach and entrepreneur, having built his personal organizations to high rankings on the prestigious Inc. 500’s List of the Fastest Growing Companies.

Element Two: Live Business Guests. Involves Business Owners and Executives with decision-making authority. These are actual operating businesses with visible marketing and advertising materials out in the marketplace or adequately funded startups.  These must be businesses predisposed to finding ways to take their business to the next level.

In order to be included as a Live Business Guest, businesses must:

  • participate in a pre-show interview;
  • complete a business evaluation (1-page info sheet);
  • submit current marketing and advertising materials;
  • be currently funding marketing and advertising efforts.

Element Three: Business Studio Audience. Consists of the same group of highly qualified Business Owners and Executives as the Live Guests. The difference here is that the audience has chosen not to participate as a Guest CEO Expert on one of the show segments with Mr. Earle.  All other show benefits apply.

Show Format:

The show takes place in a seminar/business talk show format. Mr. Earle is the host of the show. He is the trainer and strategist.

The studio audience participates in all of the business development processes during the show and adds even more life and excitement to the program by participating in activities and interaction as directed by Mr. Earle.

Businesses attend a 12-hour training/taping of the show (start time 9:00am – end time 9:00pm). The entire full-day format is then cut into 4-6 one-hour episodes during post-editing. These will be distributed on DVD, the web, and satellite TV.

Outlined below are the main segments of the show:

1Opening: Introduction of Mr. Earle. Mr. Earle gives a short monologue on current business and advertising statistics or news. Live Business Guests introduce themselves and provide a brief overview of their business, their current situation and objectives.

2Training: This segment of the show takes up the first 4 hours of the program. The objective is to train all of the participating businesses on Mr. Earle’s fundamental principles of “Impulse Improvements.” The material is adapted from his books, including Only The Brands Will Survive, You’re The Only Logo For Me, and Don’t Advertise…EDvertise!

The information, along with development assignments, will provide a common understanding and critical advantage for participating businesses to grasp and later implement the upcoming, soon-to-be-created individual strategies. This first training stage is fundamental to the future success of the participating businesses and in subsequently taking them to the next level using Mr. Earle’s strategies.

Attending businesses should familiarize themselves with Mr. Earle’s concepts prior to the show by listening to the pre-show audio CD entitled, Only The Brands Will Survive.  Doing so allows the show to keep on schedule by ensuring that all businesses involved will be “on the same page” from the very start.

3Guest CEO Interview Segment: This is a very powerful segment of the show’s filming, especially for the attending CEOs.

Mr. Earle has created a varying number of show segments with the purpose of providing an unequaled opportunity for CEOs to promote or position their organization as a guest CEO Expert.

6CEO Guest Interview –Take 5: This segment is based on the “Take 5” press interview and is a great segment for any CEO. Also, it can be the perfect format for someone who is media or camera shy. 9TrainED: This segment is what we call a “floating” segment. The topic changes from month to month, based on the current “Curriculum Content” of CEO Growth Team’s monthly training newsletter. 10StratEDgy: This segment is about pure business development strategy. The segment can be produced in two different formats. The first format will have ED looking at an organization’s business strategy and re-developing them live on the spot. The second is introducing a panel of Guest CEO Experts (such as yourself) and roundtable specific topics that were brought up in the pre-production interview with the associate producer. These topics could range from blowing a major deal and how to get it back, to new business models, web-based marketing, social media effectiveness, and to more complex subjects, like ED’s concept of Disruptive Transcendence. Another great segment to get ED to fix business-related issues and/or position you as an “Intellectual Leader.”
