And as we have stated in our organization and that which the business world will substantiate, a CEO’s number one priority or objective for their organization is… growth. But we have a different approach to growing an organization that the typical CEO. Growth doesn’t come by a typical linear approach like increasing sales through training or generating more leads with better strategy or advertising. Growth doesn’t come through cutting corners or cutting staff or trimming the fat. Real growth doesn’t come through Mergers, Acquisitions and any other type of self-inflated attempts.
True growth, what we call Genesis Growth, is created by and dependent upon so many more factors. Genesis Growth is based on the understanding that everything in the organization affects everything else in the organization. That, all things enjoy a symbiotic relationship. This Genesis Growth and type of success is generated when every component of the organization actually grows or increases its measure of worth. You need to create growth in everything from the businesses strategy, business model, branding, marketing, advertising, sales, PR, HR, executive leadership, employee relations and culture, operations, production, customer relations, corporate intelligence, corporate conscience, and so much more…
We have broken them down into 8 main categories that we call Genesis Growth Origin Points. They are the literal Origin Points from which the growth stems. Each of these areas needs to see growth and the end result will be true growth… not just an increase in sales, but innovation and revenue that in almost impenetrable.
What I do is first evaluate an organization with a simple diagnostic tool called the Corporate Life Wheel using a gauging acronym called L.E.V.E.L.

After we gauge the current GROWTH of the organization with you the CEO, we more deeply examine and appraise the Origin Points that are the most lacking and then we implement targeted training and tools and facilitate or LEAD the organization through those programs until we fully optimize the Origin Point. This could be anything from Branding and Marketing, to Sales training, to Life Coaching for employees to the health and fitness levels of the company to coaching the CEO’s themselves.
That process continues until the organization has grown significantly and then can continue ongoing as they strive for bigger goals. The approach is simple and powerful. The end result is True Organizational Growth… or Genesis Growth and a success level that is financial indeed, but supported and upheld in every facet of the organization. It is truly GROWTH.
And just like how we as humans physically grow and don’t grow backwards or in reverse or lose growth, this type of Genesis Growth should endure. That in itself brings peace. And that is something we CEO’s are not typically used to in our crazy competitive lives.
