Mr. Earle has created a varying number of show segments with the purpose of providing an unequaled opportunity for CEOs to promote or position their organization as a guest CEO Expert.

There are so many things that a CEO needs to communicate to his marketplace or vendors or anybody related to propelling his business forward, that he doesn’t really have a venue for that message. Regular avenues like press, advertising, marketing collateral or even standard video lack power and credibility. When I bring a CEO onto my show as a guest expert, I can position him and the information correctly so it has power and credibility. That’s the power of the show for a CEO.

3SWOT: This is a SWOT interview based on ED’s very unique “4-i” format. The strategy and interview is based on one of the major 12 performance-based attributes drawn from one of the four outlined industry types. This is a powerful way to communicate your specific strength and your competition’s weaknesses. This is a very powerful format.

4Competitive Intel: Based on ED’s high-level, detailed competitive intelligence analysis, this segment can be used to position your organization against your competition or be used to expose negative or underperforming products or services. There is always a need to talk about negative things; it’s just positioning it correctly that makes it work. This segment does just that.

5Headlines: This segment is exactly what it states in the title… Headlines. Good or bad. If you have something that needs to be highlighted – either positive or negative – this is the segment in which to appear. Click on the graphic on the right to view an actual taped segment.

6CEO Guest Interview –Take 5: This segment is based on the “Take 5” press interview and is a great segment for any CEO. Also, it can be the perfect format for someone who is media or camera shy. Let ED turn you into a powerful CEO by leading you through the basic positioning of your company. This is a segment in which every CEO should appear and use the media as a foundational part of their promotional and press strategy. The bottom line… Invaluable.

7Don’t Advertise… EDvertise: Advertising created based on ED’s strategies and concepts always has a distinct look and feel. The impact of ED’s strategies is unparalleled…so much so that his CEOs termed the collateral created by his strategies “EDvertising” instead of advertising. In this segment, ED analyzes advertising, creates new strategy and with his on-staff senior graphic designers, rebuilds a company’s ad, taking it from simple non-effective advertising and turning it into powerful, credible EDvertising.

8Leadership, Not LeaderSHIT: This segment discusses anything that has to do with leadership and management. In this segment, ED will highlight specific Leadership practices within a company or expose specific negative practices and the outcomes of both. This is a great segment for bringing attention to your organization’s leadership or management strengths. This is especially good for internal organizational use.

9TrainED: This segment is what we call a “floating” segment. The topic changes from month to month, based on the current “Curriculum Content” of CEO Growth Team’s monthly training newsletter. You can review the schedule with your associate producer and see if that current topic fits. ED will bring you on as a Guest CEO Expert to lend your insight and experience to the discussion and training segment. This is a great way to develop yourself as an “Intellectual Leader” in your industry or in business generally.

10StratEDgy: This segment is about pure business development strategy. The segment can be produced in two different formats. The first format will have ED looking at an organization’s business strategy and re-developing them live on the spot. The second is introducing a panel of Guest CEO Experts (such as yourself) and roundtable specific topics that were brought up in the pre-production interview with the associate producer. These topics could range from blowing a major deal and how to get it back, to new business models, web-based marketing, social media effectiveness, and to more complex subjects, like ED’s concept of Disruptive Transcendence. Another great segment to get ED to fix business-related issues and/or position you as an “Intellectual Leader.”
